PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By completing a booking with Faith Financial Atlanta LLC, you ("Renter") agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement is a legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your booking.
By completing a booking with Faith Financial Atlanta LLC — whether online, by phone, or in person — Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Electronic acceptance via booking confirmation constitutes a valid and binding signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Georgia Electronic Records and Signatures Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-12-1 et seq.).
